Small Area Games
Wednesdays, September 12-October 24, 2018 (seven weeks)
Mites (ages 4-8) – 4:15-5:15 pm
Players take part in a variety of fun drills and games aimed at improving forward and backward skating, stick handling, passing and shooting. The program is based on USA Hockey’s American Development Model.
Skating, Skills and Scrimmage
September 10-October 3, 2018 (4 weeks)
Mite and Squirt (ages 7-10) – Mondays, 5:30-7 pm
Peewee and Bantam ( Ages 11-14) – Wednesdays, 5:30-7 pm
During the first half of each ice session, players will improve their skating stride under the guidance of Missoula power skating professional Ryan Yearous. The second half of the session will be devoted to skill development through hockey drills, small area games and full-ice scrimmages.
Bantam and High School Fall Hockey
Sundays, September 9-October 28 (8 weeks)
Ages 13 and up – 5:15 and 6:30 pm start times
Bantam and high school players can prepare for the winter season with weekly games every Sunday evening. There is no checking allowed in the fall program, which allows younger players to improve their skills against more experienced players. Bench coaches are volunteers who will keep the focus on fun.

Players will need a 2018-2019 USA Hockey number to register for fall programs.
